Great little place for amazing Peruvian food. The service, the friendly, and the food was authentic, beautifully seasoned, hot, and delicious. Dine-in and take-out are available. Definitely recommend.

After having an awful experience with another local Peruvian restaurant a couple years back, we had been in search of an alternative within our area for quite some time. Our search finally ended a few months back with a small hole-in-the-wall take-out place in Drexel Hill right next to our local vet. H&B's pollo a la brasa hits it completely out of the park with a house-made Aji Verde that is addicting. We always get the fried plantains and fried rice with our chicken. My wife always says that the plantains remind her of the ones she used to enjoy while she was in Aruba. Our food is always fresh and delicious and more than enough for dinner and lunch the next day. There's parking in a shared parking lot with only a couple of other stores but if the lot is full, just park at the animal hospital next door. Dine in and take out options are both available. I highly recommend you try this spot out for authentic Peruvian cuisine that will hit the spot every time!

We ordered the whole roasted chicken with 2 sides (Arroz Chaufa and Black beans) and it was delicious!! The chicken was juicy and flavorful, rice was aromatic, and paired with the beans with the green salsa was perfection. I highly recommend this place and would come back in an instance!

Not enough stars to give this place. The food … amazing. Perhaps the best rice I’ve EVER had! Not sure how to describe other than a fried rice with a taste that is out of this world. Great portions. From the tostones to the soursop smoothie … putting this place in the rotation.

SO FLAVORFUL. I’ve had the chicken/beef fried rice as well as the whole roasted chicken and i have been extremely impressed with both. a bit too expensive to eat all the time but this will definitely be the place i go to when i want something a little more special

Absolutely incredible! I highly recommend trying either the breaded chicken cutlets or the roasted chicken—they’re both outstanding. Each dish comes with two sides, and I’m especially a fan of the marinated onion salsa (with lime juice) and the black beans. The value is unmatched, the food is consistently healthy and delicious, and it’s all from a family-owned establishment. Thank you for an amazing experience every time! One of the top restaurants in Drexel Hill, no question about it.

I cannot explain how amazing this food is. The rice is out of this world. Their green sauce is so amazing. Food is always hot and ready anywhere between 10-15 minutes of ordering. I love the customer service. Very nice hospitality. Their chicken is perfect. It’s times I don’t want to cook because I’m craving H&B. Thank you for welcoming me and my family everytime.
